SPRING SESSION 2024
Growth Mindset Run Club:
During our sessions, we work on growth mindset by fostering and encouraging a 'I CAN DO HARD THINGS!' mentality, through fun, active running games and drills! The kids will also work on running form and technique; endurance and speed; and strength and flexibility. We'll include plenty of active running games throughout so the kids will cover lots of ground while having a great time! They will be sweaty and smiling every day at pickup!

Be Brave. Be Powerful. Be Strong. Be Focused.
Warrior Run Club is an empowerment program for children of all fitness levels. We transform traditional running games and drills into powerful life lessons. Parents know when their children are with us, they are getting a great workout AND building strength of character.
Every child is able to compete and reach the goals they once thought were beyond them. We have worked with hundreds of children of all fitness levels, and have learned fun and active tools to harness self confidence. We have found that the eight core empowerment principles we selected together create a unique and powerful curriculum. One which combines physical health with strength of character.
Practices usually last one hour and are divided into three main areas. Warm-up and discussion, drill of the day, and end of class game. We want children to leave practice both sweaty and smiling!
